You can use our US Premium Lounge if you’re flying in First or Business Class to the US. The lounge is located in Terminal 3 and can be accessed after clearing US customs and immigration in our US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility.
Booked our chauffeur service? Simply collect your bags then head left and follow the signs for Etihad Chauffeur. It’s located close to baggage reclaim, so you won’t need to pass through customs, and your driver will be waiting for you.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club with Etihad Airways in JFK Airport, New York, is open every day from 05:30 to 23:00. (Operating hours: 3 hours and 30 minutes before departure time.)

Children under 2 years will be admitted free of charge. Children between 2 and 12 years will be charged at 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 12+ will be charged the adult rate.

No, you can only buy lounge access with miles or a credit card for someone else if you’re travelling together on the same booking.
If you voluntarily change your flight, you cannot get a refund. However, you can still enjoy lounge access on your new flight date if spaces are available.
The hours you can use the lounge depend on the type of access you have purchased. It's either up to 4 or 8 hours before your departure time.
Silver and Gold members get free access to the Business Class lounge, while Platinum members get free access to the First Class lounge.

The facilities and meals will be the same for all guests who have access to the Business Class lounge.
After you pay, you can access the lounge. However, if there are any safety or operational concerns preventing access, you'll be refunded.
