Etihad Chauffeur

The following policies are applicable to First and selected Business tickets for the Etihad Chauffeur service:

• Please book at least 12 hours before your flight.
• This service is not applicable for transfers between respective airport terminals.
• To be eligible to use this service, guests must be flying with a confirmed First or Business ticket.
• First, Business Choice Plus and Business Choice are entitled for this service in the UAE.
• For tickets issued in the UAE, Business Value is also eligible for this service.
• Available on Etihad Airways operated flights only.
  
• Not available on flights operated by other airlines, where Etihad Airways is a marketing carrier.
• Not available on flights operated by Etihad Airways, where other airlines are a marketing carrier.
• Not available when tickets have been purchased through instant airport upgrades, for guests in transit.
• Unaccompanied Minors (UM) or children between 2 and 12 years old are not eligible to use this service.
• Only available during stopovers in the UAE if the ticket includes all applicable taxes.
• Please provide all requested details to book an Etihad Chauffeur, including your contact number, address, city code and pick-up time on departure/arrival.
• The pick-up times mentioned in your booking confirmation are a guide only.
• You will receive a call or SMS on the number provided with the actual pick-up time 12 hours before departure.
• Pick-up times are non-negotiable, and our driver will wait for a maximum of 25 minutes.
• Our standard product offering is a station wagon.
• It is not possible to arrange an additional car for extra baggage.
• If you fail to cancel your booking, this service cannot be re-booked in conjunction with the same ticket.
• Etihad Chauffeur services are provided by contracted third party suppliers. Etihad Airways shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, nor for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Etihad has no liability for loss, personal injury or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Etihad Airways’ negligence.
